rockpile

I’m sorry about the cruddy quality of the photo…but does anyone know the origin of the rockpile that is found at the Villanova/St. Davids exit of I-476 (Blue Route).
I pass by this thing and I wonder how it got there. (Photo from southbound lane.)

    You got me; I passed it on occasions (back when I worked in So. Jersey), and never gave it a thought until I saw your photo of it.
